The Italian concept-group Playahitty joined an illustrious who's who of '90s pop stars that included La Bouche, C+C Music Factory and Arrested Development when it was ranked #25 on Music & Media's countdown of the year's Top European Dance Radio records (December, 24, 1994). To generate its palpably warm sensation, the smash song “The Summer Is Magic” steers clear of gimmicks, offering a brisk, persistent beat, a strong vocal and evocative lyrics that speak to the excitement of one man's summer encounter with a lovely girl.
