Casey MacGill & the Spirits of Rhythm was a band that released the "Jump" CD in 1999. This CD features original tunes of Casey MacGill (see other Artist Profile). Casey is a seasoned performer with credits including opening the Broadway Musical Swing, which included five of his original tunes. With his former group Mood Indigo, Casey was in the movie "Frances" starring Jessica Lange, the Tonight Show (Johnny Carson), and the Gong Show! He charmed Hollywood with his trio Mood Indigo, entertaining some of the greats like Fred Astaire, Burt Reynolds, Jimmy Stewart, and Dick Clark to name a few. After years entertaining audiences with his fascinating rhythms and vocal harmonies, Casey is set to release a 2 volume collection of his original music, called "Love Letter." This collection, written between the years of 1973-2020 features a variety of styles from old time pop tunes and swing to latin jazz, funk and pop ballads. This collection features stellar performances of 56 musicians, and boasts some iconic solos from some of the best!
