Catastrophe Ballet

Founded in 1987, Catastrophe Ballet is best known for the release of their first album "Monologues Of The Past And The Future" (1991) and the years of worldwide success that followed until their break-up in 2013. Less known so far were the years 1987 to 1990, during which the group founded by Eric Burton and Manfred Thomaser inspired the Malberg - Bitburg - Trier area heavily. Later hits like "Der Taucher (Father Death, Mother Life)", "Black Fire" or "House Of Hate" were created in these early years of the band's history.

On November, 18th 2022 ScentAir Records released "The Malberg Tapes 1987 - 1990". This album includes ten recordings which were exclusively available on music cassettes around 1990.
