Embracing his Appalachian roots and sharing his travel through life's ups and downs, CC Nichols is an exciting new artist. Musically he fuses country rock and Appalachian sounds with straight forward singer-songwriter wit invoking names like Dwight Yoakam, Lucinda Williams, and Carter Stanley. CC places a bright light on the struggle of finding his own place in an imperfect world and how he sometimes triumphantly tackles each day and other times stumbles through another day. A close listen to CC's work requires the listener to take a brutally honest look in the mirror and often laugh.

Self-built and self-funded, CC has collaborated with Appalachian roots musicians who bring a new edge to the original music they produce.
