Lavigne was born in Le Marais, Paris in 1997. She always had a deep love for classical music growing up as her father was a classical violinist. He played for the Orchestre National de France. Celine devotes her music to her father, who passed in April of 2017. She hopes that she can carry on her father's legacy and inspire others.
