As one of Canada’s emerging artists, Celise continually creates her own path in left-of-centre pop music. Her latest single “Woe is Me” is a dark pop banger that highlights her struggles with anxiety and depression. She wrote this song in the hopes that someone listening could connect with the song on their own journey with mental health. For each song that Celise writes there is a heavy emphasis on the emotional connection with the listener.

Celise’s journey in music has not gone unbridled and her decision to move to London to pursue it has been a long, steady climb. Born in February, 1997, Celise delved into her art at an early age. However, her career started to flourish in her third year of university.

In 2015, Celise enrolled at the University of Calgary in an Honour’s degree in Health Sciences. During her third year, she realized that music is her strongest passion. Months before finishing her degree and thesis Celise released her first single “Go Back”.

In the fall of 2019, Celise moved to London to pursue a career in music. Since then, she has worked with English producer 'Luke Moseley' and released “Home With You” in July 2020 and "Woe Is Me" on January 18, 2021. She is currently working on a project with German producer 'Woodworks' and is looking forward to its eminent release
