Growing up in the lively metropolis of Istanbul, Cengiz found himself immersed in a vibrant tapestry of musical styles. The city's diverse cultural influences, blending elements of both eastern and western music, provided a fertile ground for his musical exploration. Amongst this captivating sonic mosaic, it was jazz that resonated deeply within him, leaving an indelible mark on the trajectory of his artistic journey.

After relocating to London, fuelled by an unwavering passion for music, Cengiz embarked on a dedicated quest to curate a diverse collection of records, delving into genres that spanned the realms of house, jazz, broken beat, and soul. This extensive musical palette inspires him to develop a unique and mesmerizing sound that reverberates on the dance floor.

Throughout his artistic evolution, Cengiz also sharpened his skills in music production, honing his craft to create tracks that garnered recognition from esteemed DJs such as Gilles Peterson, Lefto, IG Culture and Jamz Supernova. Notably, his releases on distinguished labels like CoOp Presents and Dance Regular, as well as his independent ventures on Bandcamp, solidified his presence within the thriving music scene.
