Charin is a BA (Honours) Jazz graduate of the Leeds Conservatoire. Mendes is also a qualified engineer & producer, who is an alumnus of the Academy of Contemporary Music (London). Mendes additionally has a BBA in Management (USA) where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Mendes first revealed his four-octave vocal range in ‘About Us’, and it grew his reach to a wider audience. Releases such as 'Finally Feeling Again', ‘Satellites’, ‘Nothing’ and the EP ‘Retrograde Brigade’ illustrated the variety of genres Mendes enjoys exploring and showed great merit in.
