Charles Louis Nicolosi and Company

I am a 56-year-old man that was a Commercial RealEstate Broker for about 30 years and still am.
I have been scratching off bucket list items throughout my whole life, and finally came to this one……..with really good encouragement at that time, I decided to take a stab at writing a song.
I did that in January 2022. After the first song, there was more encouragement to do it again, and I have so enjoyed telling stories to music every since.
I didn’t fluently play the guitar or any string instruments at the time, but worked around the clock at what I wished I had started many moons ago, lol.
I do all of my own singing as well as back up and harmonies. I record all of my music in my home studio.
There are some tracks that do have other artist besides myself and Johnny J on percussion, but as today no one has yet sit in on the vocals, I look forward to the day that we do bring some other vocalist in.
The only way I knew how to do this is tell the truth and write about things I have been passionate about and that’s what I try to do.
