CherryDew

The CherryDew band members met in one of the most millennial/Gen Z ways possible: through the internet. While somehow not fully fitting into either category, Puerto-Rican guitarist Tamara and Floridian drummer Maki came together because of their shared love for late 90's aesthetics, a possible caffeine addiction, and their undying love for music. These two bright-eyed, yet worldly queers are on their voyage through the process of coming of age over and over again in multiple fronts. Possessing a profound sense of responsibility regarding their platform, and the importance of being thoughtful about their music, they want to create a safe space for others. With explosive instrumentals and lyrics detailing universal experiences, CherryDew is a DIY band to the nth degree; working daytime jobs to be able to fully and independently fund their dream against all odds, practically giving their heart and soul for the very thing that inspired them in the first place... music. All in the hopes to instill that same ethereal, inexplicable feeling in others.
