BenderWorld

BenderWorld is comprised of five members: Lauren Juillerat (singer and lyricist), Benjamin Luery (bassist), Ryan Kowlaczuck (lead guitarist), Davis Dunkley (rhythm guitarist), and Jack Barrington (drummer and producer). BenderWorld was formed in 2022 when five diverse musician's paths lined up at the right time. Ryan Kowalczuk and Jack Barrington had been creating music for years prior with the idea of creating a band in mind, but it wasn't until they met bassist Benjamin Luery that this thought became a reality. Upon uniting as a 3 piece project, Kowalczuk suggested searching for more members. Davis Dunkley was recruited to the band through his previous friendship with Ben and Lauren Juillerat was contacted through the anonymous social networking platform 'YikYak.' After months of hard work, BenderWorld created a variety of songs all inspired by different genres. In a nutshell, BenderWorld creates Indie Rock music but experiments in various compositional techniques. All in their early 20’s, the Benders love to create music and perform at Reno venues while they earn their degrees. With limited resources and no budget, they have to rely heavily on improvisation and creativity to record and engineer their music. Jack Barrington utilizes the basement of their college library to record their songs and he mixes them from his bedroom.
