CHISENGA

CHISENGA is an Australian rapper formerly known as Crisis Mr. Swagger.

The new album, Rhythm and Poetry features some notable productions such as Truice Young (Dr. Dre's son). Ironically, a song on the album feature’s Grammy winning musician, Marcus Paul on Trumpet. He has played Trumpet on songs by Anderson Paak, like ‘Reachin’ 2 Much’ and ‘Twilight’ on the VENTURA album plus ‘Left to Right’ off the OXNARD album working with Dr. Dre. If that is not enough, CHISENGA also has a song on the album that features Eminem’s team mate, Crooked I (KXNG CROOKED) who also runs his own label, Circle of Bosses and hosts a Youtube show called Crooks Corner.

Alexa Ferr is an L.A. based musician that has also been featured on the album. The two collaborators met on social media and just really vibed well with each other which lead to a song called Another Day. CHISENGA loved her soulful voice and ability to flawlessly ride a beat.

Other collaborators on the album include his long-time friend, DJ and dancer, 80EM who has also taken up music production in the last few years and delivered some pretty solid beats.

A song called Cash N’ Checkz is produced by YOUSAE a Melbourne based musician who spent a decade in the club scene and moved into Hip-Hop writing and producing for national and International artists before returning to House Music.
