Chris Michaud is a singer-songwriter from Southern Maine. Growing up in a musical family and embracing many styles, Michaud's music is melodic hard rock with flavors of alternative and metal. Also known as an accomplished bassist, Michaud is the co-founder of the popular New England band <a href="spotify:artist:7LUxYTdsgYJrAp6zGXwX2u" data-name="Uncle Jack">Uncle Jack</a>, as well as a former touring and recording member of Maine's premiere metal band, <a href="spotify:artist:6rhdjYOIj2KRNFO8usNB17" data-name="DEAD SEASON">DEAD SEASON</a>.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Michaud decided it was time to become a solo artist. Upping his skills in electric and acoustic guitars, he took his writing skills to the next level, creating and producing his own songs (doing much of performance himself, as well as collaboration with other local artists, including new material with <a href="spotify:artist:00nDXmI902QlDjTzsj6XG3" data-name="Scott Labbe">Scott Labbe</a> and <a href="spotify:playlist:3DvIsWd4LAxTTxgAUnQVSD" data-name="The Halo Project">The Halo Project</a>. Now launching on multiple platforms, including Spotify, Michaud hopes to inspire many with his ongoing message of positivity and energetic music.
