What started as just a few friends in the Hilliard projects in Chicago, ChurchPpl has transformed into a Faith-based multi-genre global collective. Since those early humble beginnings, and now based in the Gulf Coast, ChurchPpl have gone on to open for Beyonce, appear on NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers, tour Europe with Nelly, receive a BET Hip Hop Award nomination for Impact Track of the Year and are crafting a sound to mark this generation.
