CJ Matthew

CJ Matthew is a unique artist from North Florida who pulls inspiration from a wide variety of musical influences such as The Allman Brothers, Tyler Childers, Slightly Stoopid, Hozier, Sublime, Incubus, Susto, Sturgile Simpson, Classic Country artists and Classic Rock N Roll as well as Folk Music, Reggae and anything else that he can pull inspiration from. He has been performing live for over a decade and got his start in the Jacksonville Beach area where he found a great community of musicians that helped him grow into the artist that he is today. Live Looping has had a major influence on his past performances and solo performances to date, but he recently has been working with a band called Sun State Blues as well as his own original music. CJ Matthews mission is to provide an authentic listening experience and connect with his community of supporters so that he can one day make a living off his original music. He is a family man and creative at his core. Enjoy his music with your windows down driving to the beach, or while in your office space while day dreaming about being on vacation.
