If we were to define the phrase “long love story,” the relationship Clément Bindzi has with music would be the best example. From the moment his mother put a cello in his hands at 3 years old, Clément became entranced by melodies and harmonies. His passion for music grew as he learned to play the drums and the guitar, which would become his instrument of choice as his career in music blossomed.
At 16 years old, he wrote and composed his first song, which would signal the direction of his body of work for years to come : lyrics and melodies close to his thoughts, his family and his dreams. Inspired by artists like Corneille, Stevie Wonder, Blood Orange, Childish Gambino and even Pharrell Williams, Clément Bindzi has never hesitated to mix the acoustics and sincerity of his guitar, harmonies and the warm timber of his voice with more striking genres like electro-pop.
