Clément is a 21 year-old music producer, singer-songwriter, amateur MC, and jazz pianist from Montreal, Canada. He started producing at 14 and songwriting at 15. He published his first single at 16.
2020 was a breakout year for Clément: releasing one collaborative single, Empty Pools, a few guest appearances in projects from fellow members of TLR, his music collective (The Living Room), one EP (Things to Remember) and a full-length debut project: Rubato.
2021 started with Silence, an introspective track about brotherly love, with a mostly french verse, solidifying his place as a bilingual artist. SAUCE, on the other hand, is a grimy and agressive boom-bap inspired track in collaboration with TLR affiliate Leon F. Martin.
Nearing the end of the year, Clément wrote four songs that would eventually become his Dolce EP, released the 13th of may of the following year. Dolce is an extremely intimate window into his deepest thoughts and vulnerabilities, all over a single piano track, symbolizing his desire to show himself in his most natural angle.
