Formed in the Blue Mountains just outside of Sydney, Cloud Control are an award-winning indie rock band known for their dreamy blend of folk, psychedelic pop, and synth textures. The original quartet—Heidi and Ulrich Lenffer, Alister Wright, and Jeremy Kelshaw—rose to prominence with their 2010 debut Bliss Release, which won the Australian Music Prize and earned ARIA nominations. Their follow-up, Dream Cave, arrived in 2013, further cementing their cult status.
In 2015, bassist Jeremy Kelshaw stepped away from the group, and Cloud Control recorded and released their 3rd album “Zone” which included singles “Panopticon”, “Rainbow City” and “Treetops”. Returning following a period of hiatus in 2025, the full band reunited for the 15th anniversary of Bliss Release. The sold-out national tour received rave reviews and overwhelming fan response, landing them the #1 Australian album and #1 vinyl on the ARIA charts, and marking a powerful return to the stage.
