CMON CMON are Belgium’s power pop gem that’s gone worldwide with a dedicated audience of music lovers from around the globe. The band operate a no compromise approach to power pop. And it shows.
The band's debut album was produced by Grammy nominated producer Alex Newport and released last June 2023. The record made it to The Sunday Times Best Albums of 2023 list in the UK with a 4 star review. The singles received airplay on American college radios in more than 20 states across the USA. CMON CMON toured the UK in Fall 2023 to promote the album.
Now the band are ready to release ‘Headwind’ a new EP in 2025. The Headwind EP is the 2025 follow-up to the band's acclaimed 2023 debut 'The Crack And The Light'. The EP was produced by UK producer James Brown, recorded at Trypoul Studio in The Netherlands, mixed at JBJ Studios in Portobello Road, London and mastered by Carl Saff in Chicago, USA.
The first single from the Headwind EP released in November 2024. ‘All The Other Kids’ tells a compelling story about teenage dreams and the expectations from life. Both from the perspective of a 16-year old and a 46-year old. With a powerful sound and drenched in beautiful harmonies and jangly guitars, ‘All The Other Kids’ is a powerful statement in support of ordinary dreams. The follow-up single ‘Turn Off The Lights’ releases in January 2025 as the band set out to start a live tour in support of the EP release.
