Constanza Herrero is a Chilean-Australian singer and songwriter whose music bridges cultures, continents, and hearts. Winner of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest Grand Prize (2018) and Lennon Award (2019), she has been recognized for her compelling lyrics and distinctive sound. In 2025, The Gospel Coalition named her an “Artist to Watch,” highlighting her growing influence in the faith-based music scene.
Constanza’s songs are deeply personal—rooted in her Christian faith and shaped by experiences of grief, healing, and hope. Her eclectic musical style reflects a global perspective formed by living on four continents, blending elements of pop, folk, and Latin jazz with acoustic warmth and lyrical depth.
She began her career as Kota, a teenager in Chile, releasing original music before joining an MTV Latin America Award-winning band. She also starred in a Nickelodeon TV series, gaining early recognition in the Latin American entertainment industry.
After graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), Constanza focused on writing and releasing music as an independent artist. Alongside her music, she serves as an ambassador for Access Hope, an Australian charity supporting vulnerable children and communities in Kenya.
Now based between LA and the UK, Constanza continues to merge music and biblical studies while enjoying her third year of marriage. Her upcoming album, "Home," will be released this October through Wings Music Group.
