Active since 2005, the artistic solo project by M.tro Riccardo Prencipe and his team, whose first albums have been essential for a the new approach to Neofolk, with contamination with the mediterranean sound and progressive. While in the last albums he proposes a new "FolkGaze" sounds, a cross between Post Folk and Shoegaze.
Graduated in classical guitar from the Conservatory of Naples San Pietro a Majella, since 1999 Riccardo has released ten albums (two with his first band Lupercalia, in 1999). Albums have been distributed in Europe and worldwide by record companies in different countries (Russia, China, Germany, France and Portugal), all excellently reviewed by critics. As Lyricist and composer Riccardo is mainly inspired by Italian art history of his beloved "wild and talented" South. Arrangements are performed together with his band, he work with them since the beginning. Riccardo also collaborated with Many vocal guests and musicians, featuring members from the following bands: Anathema, Daemonia Nymphe, Spiritual Front, Ashram, Fulci, Miro Sassolini, Andrea Chimenti and more
