Craig Bowen grew up surrounded by the wide-open spaces of Texas' southern Panhandle, known as the "Big Country." Raised in a farming and ranching family, he developed a deep connection to the land and music. Craig began playing piano at the age of five, later adding drums and guitar to his skill set. While at Texas A&M University, he lived alone on remote ranches, spending countless hours behind the wheel and soaking in a wide range of musical influences. After writing songs he felt needed to be heard, Craig decided to pursue music more seriously. Today, he lives on a ranch north of Austin, where he continues to write and record new material, blending the rugged spirit of his roots with his evolving artistry.
