Crayon is former Parisian illustrator Lauren's bedroom project. Quickly after starting out his music journey as a DJ, he started producing his first remixes, back in the early Soundcloud days, which sparked attention from international label Kitsuné. Few years later he joined the Roche musique family with his friends Fkj, Kartell, Darius. etc...
There he released his first proper material. The 7 tracks long EP "Post Blue" featuring his first collaborations with Lossapardo, as well as his first full length opus, "Hundred Fifty Roses" with singer & producer Dune where he got to explore his songwriter sensibility.
Often collaborating with various musicians, he likes to extend his vision of his moody, digitalised Soul and R'n'b by exploring other worlds. He therefore composed music for french choreographer Leo Walk & his show "Première Ride", throws Jam nights in the form of a traditional Jazz Club in various places with musician friends, painters, and dancers, and produces/composes for a wide variety of artists, from French rapper Ichon to Berlin based afro-futurist soul singer Wayne Snow.
