Daniel Flores started out primarily as a metal musician in the San Diego music scene, but his songwriting tendencies and influence from the shoegaze scene in San Diego led him to start his one-man indie rock project "Crunchy Eskimo". Now based in LA, he is backed by the talented Manuel Martinez on guitar, Jacob Evans on bass, and Max Bleefeld on drums - all of whom are studying Popular Music Performance at USC's Thornton School of Music. The band's raw talent, emotion, and honesty in the lyrics are sure to tug at the heartstrings of any listener.

The sound of the latest EP "Closure" can best be described as "4am bedroom rock".
