Based in Melbourne, Australia, the Cumbia Cosmonauts is Moses Iten (a.k.a. Saca La Mois DJ!!). Releasing music (co-produced with Thomas "Soup" Campbell) and touring the world since 2009. During 2019 Moses is touring solo in Europe, Latin America and Australia to present the new album Cumbia Cosmonauts & The Radio Africa Band. The music is tropical bass – cumbia mixed with dancehall, kuduro, UK garage etc. Live solo show is in the style of Mexico’s sound system operators with sfx and salutations with heavy delay/echoes.
