Currents is a Psychedelic/Indie Rock band located in Los Angeles. The music acts as a flowing river. A river of life and a river of sound. Flow with the river of life and enjoy its wonderful aspects. Flow with the river, Flow with the Currents.
Created by Blue and ZEN the band was created with at first the idea of performing for their school's 2024 talent show but soon the idea of creating music came into play. After the Release of "Disillusion," their first single that would be released in their EP titled "Currents The EP" a new member joined and his name was Javonie, bringing a new wave of Currents and a new wave of opportunities.
Currents is a Psychedelic/Indie Rock band on the borderline of ethereal and psychedelic music and stories.
The band consists of, Blue Hernandez, Zen Tinoco-Leos, Javonie McWalter-Do, Sage Tinoco-leos, and Alexander Fuerte. A group of high school kids who all come together as 1 collective mind.
Apart from being one of Current's main creators, contributors, and producer, Zen creates his own music capturing a pleasant experience for your ears on opposite sides of the music spectrum whether it's fuzzed-out psychedelic anthems or completely disorganized dream pop. All music under Z E N is entirely created by Zen.
