D Flex , born Abubakar Alhassan on February 28, 1983, in Accra, Ghana, is a Ghanaian-Canada based Highlife, Afrobeat, songwriter, and actor. Raised in Adabraka, Accra, he developed a passion for music at a young age, drawing inspiration from renowned local and international musicians.
Early Career
At 14, D Flex's love for music led him to frequently attend entertainment events, showcasing his talent and performing live.
His breakthrough came with a feature on K.K Fosu's hit single "Number One," gaining popularity in Ghana and beyond. Subsequent collaborations with Ofori Amponsah on "Nothing But Love" solidified his reputation as a rising star.
