Dabo Williams(born December 25), who is also better known as Alter Boy is a Lagos. Nigeria born singer, song writer, recording and performing artiste and a creative entrepreneur. Williams achieved recognition upon his various singles which has won him different awards nominations and wins. (Scepters, MEGA Award, NIGMA, Agma Awards, Aciawards, TopNaijaMusic Awards, GospelAfriikaTv Awards). Also different Top 10 Music and Artist Nominations on different Blog, Radio and TV Platforms.
Career
Dabo Williams grew up in Lagos Ojuelegba, where he did his primary education, before moving to Ondo State his Home Town to further his education, after his mum passed away. While in Owo, Ondo State, Dabo Williams was a member of a peer FUJI Music Group with his friends in 2001 and this is when we could say music actually started for him. Singing from one street to the other with recording tapes with his friends, to live shows and street Fuji Jumps. Moved from Ondo State to Ibadan to further more on his Studies and to Akure for his University degree, where the opportunity to explore his music more among young likes mind was made possible. His first debut Music appearance was his first Music Concert in the Federal University of Technology, Akure, where more than 400 people wherein attendance in 2009. Even then his music interest grew bigger and better. Over the years, his passion for music has grown bigger and reached miles, with different singles and concerts across the land.
