Dads are an indie emo/punk duo who formed in Piscataway, New Jersey in 2010. Guitarist Scott Scharinger and drummer John Bradley had known each other through the local scene, playing house shows and sharing mutual friends and musical influences. They originally formed as a trio with a bassist, but eventually found they connected best as a guitar/drums duo with both members singing. After a handful of EPs and singles they released their debut full-length, American Radass, in 2012. Touring relentlessly, Dads built up their following and released the Pretty Good EP in 2013. Relocating to Ann Arbor, Michigan, they signed with California-based indie <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%226131+Records%22">6131 Records</a> and released their second LP, I'll Be the Tornado, in 2014. ~ Timothy Monger, Rovi
