Hailing from Reading, UK, Daneo is quickly gaining notoriety in his hometown and across the UK for his distinct tone and unique writing style. Working with many of the underground rap scene, and partnering Songer in music collective ‘Hard Reality’ - the rising rapper is certainly on his way to cement his name in a lane not many reside.
From an early age, he began to grow a strong interest in music. With influences not being constrained by genre, stemming from Lil Wayne, 50 Cent and later Larry June, to Alicia Keys and Justin Timberlake. Within the UK itself, Daneo has been influenced from many resident wordsmiths such as Ghetts and Skepta, growing up on UK freestyles.
This influence would then lead him on to creating his first body of work, Perfect Paranoia, an ode to how his flaws became one his biggest catalysts to success.
Daneo has been active musically in the year 2023. Releasing 3 tracks on all different spectrums of rap music in Walk Away, Straight Back In and Fashionably Late, Daneo has shown his musical prowess and direction for this year.
On the 28th July 2023, Daneo released ‘Shower Door Music’. This album is “dedicated to the countless hours I spent writing lyrics on my shower door and rushing my shower to write them down before the condensation takes them away forever. which is a metaphor for every dream.”
