Daniel Boon soaked up techno like a sponge in the heart of the bubbling Berlin of the early 90s. After several booming parties he got residencies in several Berlin clubs and with his success promptly came highly acclaimed event series. The clear and distinctive sound of his sets also led him to enormous popularity nationally and even internationally.
His first own label "Ostfunk" went in the same direction and was therefore known in the scene and beyond for sweaty party series in clubs like the legendary Tresor. Now he is behind his new label "Neuhain", which allows him to dive even deeper into a kind of techno that sounds like it was cut from solid steel and concrete.
His productions and remixes are released on international labels like Phobiq, IAMT, Riot, Reload Records or Loose Records and get support from techno legends like Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Enrico Sangiuliano, Deborah De Luca, Joseph Capriati or DJ RUSH. His bookings also take him not only to clubs like Sisyphos and Ritter Butzke in Berlin, but also to clubs worldwide: from France to India and from Spain to the USA.
