Darjeeling were a 'band' from Wuppertal, Germany. Knowing each other since school they started recording their own music in 2-thousand-and-somewhat, maybe '10. Stylistically the trio developed freely from one release to the next, from psych-pop to trip-hoppy après-Rock, from groovy dark-soul to velvet indie-prog. This project always was a changeling in itself and will not stop existing, moving forward in different directions.
Darjeeling played more than 150 shows during the last years in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia and Czech Republic. Lately they also published sketches and a theatrically spun tour documentary, that stretches boundaries of being a music act.
