Dark Light (ES)

With a fascination for escapism and a deep-rooted love for the hypnotic sounds of both trance and techno, Polish/French production duo Dark Light's otherworldly sound promises to plunge listeners into oblivion.

Consisting of Aurelie Moiroud (best known as Auja and her House music project Auja) and Miroslaw Sienkiewicz (from Psytrance project Alien Bug), the pair met in Scotland during the time studying Sound Design for Video Games. Now both residing in Spain, Dark Light's amalgamation of Classic Trance, Old-School House, Psytrance, and Melodic Techno pays homage to the sounds that they fell in love with as teenagers.

Their music aims to encapsulate the vibe of the early underground sound of trance, infusing it with downtempo, darker techno grooves to forge a state of euphoria and enchantment in their listeners. For Dark Light, their productions act as a divine form of musical escapism, allowing fans to become one with the dancefloor, alleviate their worries, and rediscover themselves in a higher state of consciousness. Themes of space, ancient spiritual rituals, and higher states of consciousness run deep in their music.

With a couple of releases currently under their belt, including 'Bard's Tale' 'Red Sky' and 'Dangerous', Dark Light's momentum is in its very early stages. Heading into Summer, they are gearing up to release more new music.
