Based in Brisbane, this 7-piece collective are once again on the rise. Fast becoming one of Australia’s most popular names in Reggae.
Originally formed in 2008, ‘DARKY ROOTS’ spent the next six years entertaining audiences at some of Australia and New Zealand’s most popular festivals such as Ragamuffin, East Coast Vibes, Kuranda Roots and Island Vibe alongside other big name Reggae artists like Katchafire, Kora, Sons of Zion, Rebel Souljah’s, Tarrus Riley and Lukie D.
During this time, they also managed to release 2 EP’s as well as their highly successful debut album ‘Reflections’.
After taking a well-earned break, ‘DARKY ROOTS’ are back with their signature catchy melodies, conscious lyrics and sweet harmonies as well as adding some new school dancehall to the mix.

May 2018, will see ‘DARKY ROOTS’ return to their homeland for their new single release tour 'The One'.
