Daskal is a synthesizer artist, pianist, composer, and producer. Born in New York in 1992. In the last decade and a half, he has been spreading his ethereal and unique sounds and colors in albums, shows, and scores he recorded for films and dance companies. In the winter of 2021, he released his first solo instrumental album “ROMANTICAN” under the label Raw Tapes and the E.P of his electronic duo “THE MOON” which gained millions of streams on multiple music streaming platforms. Recently he also released “Obsidian (Selected Dance Scores)” and “Waiting Places (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)” which were written to score performances by the Los Angeles Dance Project, Royal Danish Ballet, Batsheva Dance Company, and more. Daskal has performed and collaborated worldwide with artists such as Avishai Cohen, Trilok Gurtu, Dudu Tassa & Johnny Greenwood, Minimal Compact, Corpus, and many more.
