Dave Echo

Dave Echo started playing electric bass at age 18 and took part in several local hero rock bands called Guybrush, The Mothership and Million Dollar Band. His Indie Rock endeavors were followed up by a shift into electro infused music. Song structures were broken up and replaced by open end instrumentals, that were carried on synthetic noises and beats. His transfer projects Sunburn City and Fahrstuhlpilot further paved the way for founding his solo project Dave Echo. His organic warm sound let him surf the online self publication wave, thus propelling him to reach new heights in synthesizer programming and sequencing while looking for uncommon implementations of melodies and rhythms, that pass the test of time. The imprint of last weekends rave is the best inspiration he claims. He is then able to fully emerge into the detail work of creating fills and arrangements. The challenge over his carreer was finding a way to play a session view live set, that comes with no prearranged scenes. Only then the fun in improvising is really there on stage.
