Hi! I am David June, a songwriter from the Netherlands. I have been writing songs since I was 11 years old. It started as a hobby for me to put my thoughts on paper. I was looking for instrumentals of well-known songs to write my own melodies and lyrics to accompany them. Later on, I began working more on my original material. Between the ages of 17 and 24, I wrote a lot of music, and the results can be heard on my first album, "Safe Past." On that album, I included various songs, such as the powerful piano power-ballad "Heroes" or the summery "Changes."
Afterward, I started working on my second album. While on "Safe Past" I wrote all the lyrics and melodies, for my second album, "Sellout," I wanted to produce the music myself. And I succeeded! On my second album, "Sellout," you can find songs like "Everytime You Talk," "Phonestuff," or "Tonight (I'm Dancing)."
I am constantly working on new music, and that's why I'm in the process of creating my third album. The singles "Pulse" and "Blame It On My Heart" indicate the musical direction I want to take. With my latest single, "Our Songs," I am opening a whole new chapter in my musical journey. I would love it if you will join me by streaming my music!
