Day One

Day One is a songwriting duo based out of Louisville, Kentucky USA. The two members, Corey Greco and Steven Berger, are cousins who began their musical journey together many years ago. Both Corey and Steven have played with numerous churches, songwriters, worship teams, and even national recording artists. The timing was never quite right to embark on a project together until July of 2017; they began slowly collaborating and cultivating different ideas that would soon become their first public release, an EP titled “Set Apart.” All the songs were written/recorded within the duo in hopes to bless others and point people towards Jesus Christ. “Set Apart” is led by the powerful vocals of Stephen Moore and balanced out with the beautiful harmonies of Molly Brown.

A new chapter for the band finally emerged in 2019, with Day One's anticipated release of their follow up EP, "Beautiful Mystery." This 6 song endeavor involves 3 featured artists from various musical backgrounds that have collaborated with the group to form a unique sound. The album steps out of the box to create a diverse, yet cohesive palette of songs that has something for everyone to love; But the foundation that gives Day One their signature sound is still embedded in each and every track. This project was a labor of love for the band and everyone who was involved poured their heart and soul into every song. Both "Set Apart" and "Beautiful Mystery" are now available through all major digital music distributors.
