The versatile sound of DD Canfield is created by Hackettstown, New Jersey brothers Devin & Dylan Canfield. Their progressive approach to their singer-songwriter nature is fused with elements of shoegaze, math rock, folk, classic & alternative rock, & pop-punk. The soaring euphoric energy is motivated by spacious lead guitar and striking layers of chordal rhythms. Dylan Canfield's powerful lead vocals solidify the songs with power as they thrive with eclectic range. Devin Canfield compliments the lead vocals with raw emotion throughout their catalogue. Their sound is used to provoke the mind in an exploration of consciousness in an invitation to join in the higher vibrations of positive expression. Trials in life are inevitable; the goal of DD Canfield's music is to connect you to a healthy outlet to find hope and perseverance. The brothers pull mutual inspiration from their major influences: Dave Matthews Band, Bruce Springsteen, Pink Floyd, Tom DeLonge, Blink-182, Angels & Airwaves, Sam Fender, Brian Fallon, Kings of Leon, John Mayer, Mac Miller, Pinegrove, The Paper Kites, and many more. In March of 2020 the duo set out to begin production for their debut acoustic EP Gemini. On July 1st, 2020 their first single "Allure" was released. On July 17th, 2020 Gemini was released.
