De Forbandede

A psychedelic hard-hitting four-piece hailing from Odense, Denmark, De Forbandede plays psychedelic stoner and garage hard rock with broad influences from artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:776Uo845nYHJpNaStv1Ds4" data-name="Jimi Hendrix">Jimi Hendrix</a> <a href="spotify:artist:5M52tdBnJaKSvOpJGz8mfZ" data-name="Black Sabbath">Black Sabbath</a> <a href="spotify:artist:4hvwEwrCmGj22uURGVET7Q" data-name="Monster Magnet">Monster Magnet</a> <a href="spotify:artist:7sn9wyy2jOUkPAUAQ8aGix" data-name="Baby Woodrose">Baby Woodrose</a> and the whole contemporary retro hard rock movement. De Forbandede takes an unusual lyrical approach by singing in their native tongue.

Comprised of singer and guitarist Peter Østergaard Chirstensen, organist and keyboardist Michael Hansen Buur, bassist Nicolei Martin Aagaard Rasmussen, and drummer Ricky Christensen, the band formed late 2015 and a high activity level both in studio and on the road has resulted in three full length releases, including the critically acclaimed double album &#34;Menneske&#34; released 2023. In 2016 De Forbandede was selected for DR&#39;s KarriereKanonen and played at SPOT Festival. In 2017 the band was nominated for Odense Live Talentprisen and played at prominent psych and stoner events in Copenhagen. In 2018 De Forbandede had first foreign performance supporting <a href="spotify:artist:42LXKkD9d7JJlL7sy5ImDC" data-name="The Dogs">The Dogs</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:3r66hAPAD8S98YBno8a5fD" data-name="Imperial State Electric">Imperial State Electric</a> in Rockefeller, Oslo.
