In 2015, Jahna and Tommy started to write and record songs together as a fun project. It didn't take long before the project had developed into a complete band and released their debut album “This Too Shall Pass" (2016) on Second Class Kids Records. One year after their first live show, (first time ever on a stage for some of the members), they were named “Best live band in Sweden” and they also got nominated for "Newcomers of the Year" at the Manifest Gala 2017.
The second album "Reality Hits Hard" (2019) was split-released on the two labels, Second Class Kids and Twisted Chords. The album was very well received by both critics and fans, and it quickly reached millions of streams.
After several tours and shows with “Agnostic Front“ (US),“Teenage Bottlerocket” (US), “The Casualties” (US), to name a few, Death By Horse are now back with their third album, "Liminal State", set for release on September 19th via Sunny Bastards. On this album, Death By Horse take every aspect of their sound and turn it up to eleven.
