Deep Shoq is a prolific producer and a figurehead of the Lithuanian urban–electronic beats scene. Coming from a Baltic background, he searches for the best proportion between future and lofi beats, organic house and garage-inspired electronica flavours.
The producer has been twice nominated in National music awards as one of the Best Electronic Acts in the country as well as become a winner of national Live Beat Battle.
Deep Shoq, who‘s been studying classical piano since childhood for 12 years, emerged as a solo musicmaker in 2009, pursuing the future side of beats.
As a producer, he has eight EPs under his belt. His music has been validated by the likes of Mixmag Bass charts, was featured on BBC Radio 1 as well as Boiler Room Debuts series and compilations by Adult Swim and Project Mooncircle.
Deep Shoq collaborates with labels like Svnset Waves (US), Darker Than Wax (Singapore), Black Marble Collective (US), LoFi Clouds (FR) and others.
Deep Shoq has performed in famous Reeperbahn Festival (Germany), had shows in Singapore, Switzerland, Finland, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia and of course Lithuania.
