Defise is a Moscow based band with an experimental sound that incorporates elements of rock, indie, pop and electronic genres, with members from Russia, Canada and Belarus.
In Defise we believe that it's not about the destination, but rather the journey. "No Horizon" is no exception to this philosophy. Each of the 11 tracks takes you on a separate trip, while also being part of a bigger picture: an excerpt from a person's life. Represented in the album are different emotions that one has to deal with along the way: fear, guilt, lust, resilience, exhaustion, acceptance. Through the sounds of progressive rock, jazz, indie-pop, folk and electronic music Defise is proud to present its debut LP that unites the compositional styles of each of its five members.
