Delta 7

Delta 7 are (probably) the best band in East Sussex!

All identifying as being disabled, having Autism or Down Syndrome, Delta 7 are influenced by anything and everything around them to create a diverse and unique sound ranging from post-punk to country to classic rock.

Over the last few years Delta 7 have been challenging attitudes and breaking down barriers in both the learning disabled and mainstream music scene.

With a film made about the band being nominated for this years BAFTA awards, the band are forcing their way into a music industry that disabled people have been, for so long and continue to be, unrepresented in.

The band have been together since 2014, supported by East Sussex based charity Culture Shift. They have been through a whirlwind of experiences together, good, bad and everything in-between. Through it all they have overcome hurdle after hurdle to become a very close group of friends who support each other, have fun together and have done some truly amazing things.

The members of Delta 7 are Mikey, Harry, Lister Cat, Fraser, Elliot, David and Craig.
