DEMI is a Manila-based Filipina R&B artist with a unique sound whose musical influence stems from her early exposure to both international and local R&B artists and rappers during her formative years.

During her teenage years, DEMI found herself immersed in the vibrant world of Filipino R&B and rap music, a reflection of her environment growing up. Consequently, her music seamlessly blends elements of international and local music, resulting in captivating Tagalog-English tracks that showcase her distinctive style and versatility.

In 2021, she debuted on Spotify with 'no show', followed by her first single 'Lucas' which found placement in several big editorial playlists. By 2022, she graced the cover of 'Pinas Vibes' as she forges connections with both established and emerging HipHop artists within the local scene, as well as growing her fan base. Her breakthrough came with 'Homebdy' with Madman Stan of Oside Mafia in late 2023, amassing 3 million monthly listeners, 80 million streams, and 12 million YouTube views. Following "Homebdy," DEMI collaborated with Hev Abi on the track 'Pakundangan.' which marked the fusion of two reigning solo artists in the local scene. The song quickly gained traction and reached 18 million streams and 3 million views on YouTube, further solidifying DEMI's status as a rising influential figures in the Filipino music scene.
