Derek Allen Lind is a singer/songwriter from Poy Sippi Wisconsin. Derek learned to play the guitar around the campfire when no one was listening. He’s a big guy with a big voice and an even bigger heart. His music tells stories about living in the country, from barn cats, to working the fields, to battles with addiction just to name a few. He is constantly writing and releasing new songs under his alter ego The Last River Bottomed Fig Plucker. Most of them are recorded in his home and not written down. You might even catch a new song at his next show as you're munching on a cheese curd. When he’s not writing you can catch him selling produce at a local farmers market, chasing his geese around the yard, or growing or building something on his family farm.
