DEUX LYNX is a duo formed by drummer Miłosz Berdzik and guitarist/producer Adam Jędrysik. They’ve known each other since grade school and have been playing together for over a decade. Along the way, they’ve collaborated with artists and bands such as Paktofonika, Hoshii, Marek Pospieszalski Octet, Studio Jazzowe Polskiego Radia, Maciej Obara, Suferi, and Paulina Przybysz. In DEUX LYNX's music, the drum kit and electric guitar, their natural tools of expression, form the foundation for sonic constructions intertwined with samples and effects. While their music defies easy classification, it could perhaps be best described as experimental beat music rooted in improvisation, with a blend of imaginative, almost cinematic elements and an organic hip-hop energy. Their inspirations include Witold Lutosławski, Robert Piernikowski, and a certain endangered feline predator. The band’s debut album, LYNXTAPE I, is set to release in November.
