Devansh

Devansh is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and vocalist based in London originally from New York City. He writes genre-bending music that blends together elements of psychedelic soul, modern funk, indie pop, jazz,, and world music.

After years of co-producing and playing trumpet for other bands, Devansh released his debut solo album &#34;<a href="spotify:album:5eyNosh1I4AgZVRvVu5x3V" data-name="To Feel Free">To Feel Free</a>&#34; in May 2023, including the lead single &#34;<a href="spotify:album:3n4iA0gXqmTqDMuPzOrGVC" data-name="What We Don&#39;t See">What We Don&#39;t See</a>&#34; co-produced by <a href="spotify:artist:24icoQNJSEWNu3XvqKBR68" data-name="Jordan Rakei">Jordan Rakei</a>. It aired on BBC Radio London and was lauded by Stereofox as a &#34;groovy blend of modern funk, soul and indie-pop...with dreamy vocals and synths, crunchy drums and bass grooves, funky guitars, giving off <a href="spotify:artist:59oA5WbbQvomJz2BuRG071" data-name="Jungle">Jungle</a> vibes.&#34;

Working and performing with the London scene’s top musicians, from <a href="spotify:artist:1u238rg67yiJYzLpylTeCG" data-name="Rudi Creswick">Rudi Creswick</a> (bass for <a href="spotify:artist:1uiEZYehlNivdK3iQyAbye" data-name="Tom Misch">Tom Misch</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:6l7R1jntPahGxwJt7Tky8h" data-name="Obongjayar">Obongjayar</a>) to Ellis Dupuy (drums for <a href="spotify:artist:09kXLeOXRyfNQMXRaDO4qA" data-name="Nilüfer Yanya">Nilüfer Yanya</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:6lHO1eGthNnos9KP2BH0cG" data-name="Puma Blue">Puma Blue</a>) to <a href="spotify:artist:2joqhIRsfoh7YoUdtXrQjd" data-name="Chris Hyson">Chris Hyson</a> (co-producer for <a href="spotify:artist:24icoQNJSEWNu3XvqKBR68" data-name="Jordan Rakei">Jordan Rakei</a>), Devansh is currently finishing his sophomore EP &#34;SEASONS&#34;.
