Diana, the third of eight children, was born to Apostle Felix Elvis Antwi and Comfort Antwi in Accra, Ghana. After her basic education at Morning Star School, Cantonments in Accra. She attended Ghana National College, Cape Coast and proceeded to study and practice Nursing. She is married to Dr. Joseph Hamilton and they have a set of twins.
At an early age of 13, Diana was a backing vocalist for acclaimed Ghanaian Gospel artiste Francis Agyei. She released her debut album in 2007 titled, "Ɔsoro bɛkasa" . Her second album "Ensi wo yie", released in 2010, gained her prominence in the Ghanaian Gospel Music Industry. She then proceeded to release “Blessings” (2013), “Yehowah” (2015), “iBelieve” (2018) and is currently working on her 7th album. She has headlined many events in Ghana, UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, USA, Israel, Belgium and Holland. Diana has won numerous awards including African Gospel Music Awards (Female Artiste of the Year 2014, African Gospel Music and Media Awards (Artiste of Excellence , Europe 2018) 3 music Awards (Female Artiste of the Year and Gospel Artiste of the Year 2020) Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (Gospel Song of the year and Gospel Artiste of the Year 2019), Vodafone Ghana Music Awards ( 2020 ), Gospel Artiste of the year 2021 & Artiste of the Year 2021, NGMA Artiste of the year 2022, Artiste of the year (GMAUK) 2022 and Artiste of the year GMA USA 2022.
