DSS was borne into being in early 2012 with the desire to create a new stream of darkness resonating from the North. This vessel has evolved during the years of its existence into an all-consuming nihilistic pestilence. The undertone is always black metal, but DSS has stretched the boundaries to create a darkness that’s total and pure; Die Schwarze Sonne is a harbinger of Nordic Nihilism.
